How long does a headshot session take?
A typical headshot session lasts anywhere from 5 to 45 minutes depending on the variety of images you need. If you’re after one look on one background you can be in and out quickly.
How will I receive my headshots?
You will download your retouched headshots from a private online gallery.
What type or retouching will you do to my headshots?
Typically we make natural looking edits such as removing blemishes and softening wrinkles and dark circles under eyes. We also remove red skin and stray hairs. The goal is to make you look great, but never “photoshopped”. After this first retouching pass, you’re welcome to request an additional round of editing at no charge if you’d like further changes made.
How long until I receive my headshots?
We typically deliver the final retouched photos one day after you’ve made your selections.
We need headshots for our team. Are group rates available?
Yes, we offer significant discounts for groups.
Will you shoot at our offices?
Yes, we do on-location shoots all the time.
What backdrops do you have?
Our studio is equipped with white, black, blue and concrete backdrops. We can purchase custom backdrops for specific shoots for a small fee.
How do I select the photos I wish to purchase?
You can make your selections at the end of the shoot, or later on via an online gallery.
What should I wear? Can I bring more than one outfit?
We recommend you bring a variety of tops so you have more options to choose from. It’s a good idea to bring both formal and casual options. The best advice we can give you is to wear what you think you look best in. Try to avoid bold patterns, or colours that will easily blend into your chosen backdrop. So if you need a headshot on white, don’t wear a white blouse or dress shirt. Try a light blue instead.
Can we shoot outside?
Absolutely, as long as the weather cooperates. There are a variety of urban and nature style backdrops around our studio.

You will get to choose your photos from a private online gallery and download them. The gallery will also be made available for you to review at any time in the future should the need arise.
